What to do if the blades on my Toro TimeCutter Lawn Mower do not rotate?
- MMichael RileySep 5, 2025
If the blades on your Toro Lawn Mower aren't rotating, check the following: Install a new drive belt if the current one is worn, loose, or broken. If the drive belt is off the pulley, reinstall it and check the adjusting shafts and belt guides for correct positioning. If the power-takeoff (PTO) switch or PTO clutch is faulty, contact an Authorized Service Dealer. Also, install a new mower belt if the current one is worn, loose, or broken.
