Troubleshooting
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES CORRECTIVE ACTION
Blower does not rotate. 1. PT O drive disengaged.

1. Remove pin and engage

check the idler pulley , idler
arm and spring for correct
position and function.

Abnormal vibration.
1. Blower is plugged with
clippings.
1. Stop and clean out blower
and chute.
2. Loose gearbox pulley , idler
pulley , or blade pulley .
2. T ighten the appropriate
pulley.
3. Gearbox pulley is damaged. 3. Replace gearbox pulley .
Clippings not being collected.
1. Chute plugged. 1. Stop and clean out chute.
