Why is there no sound or picture?

Why don't the controls of the TV work?

Check the TV is not in standby mode.
Check the mains plug and all mains connections.

Why are there problems with analogue text
service?

Interference or a weak signal. Try a different TV
station.

Good performance of the analogue text depends
on a good strong broadcast signal. This normally
requires a roof or loft aerial. If the text is
unreadable or garbled, check the aerial. Go to the
main index page of the analogue text service and
look for the User Guide.

Check the SCART lead connection.

Incase of password is forgotten, Please press
1,2,7,6 or 4,7,2,5 buttons from remote control
respectively in order to enter parental setting
menu. Define a new pin number in Set PIN section.
You will need to enter your new PIN a second time
for verification purposes.

images on the screen when in PC mode?

Check the batteries aren't dead or inserted
incorrectly.

The Phase may need adjustment. Select PC
Settings and highlight Phase and adjust until the
picture is clear.

Why doesn't the TV OSD settings saved?

Ensure to turn off the power first before attempting
to unplug the AC cord. Otherwise, the settings may
not be saved.
