Shared Home
You can set the shared home for the collaborating MFPs.
By selecting [Use Common Settings], registration information of the collaborating MFPs set in a common setting can
be shared.
Register MFPs on the [Common Setting] screen in advance to select the [Select from Common Settings] setting.

The [Shared Home] settings are linked to the settings on the [Administration] Tab > [Setup] > [General] > [Home
Setting] screen. For details, see the TopAccess Guide.
When [Disable] is selected from [Sync Setting]
When [Use Network Server for Sync] is selected from [Sync Setting]
When [Use MFP for Sync] is selected from [Sync Setting]
Item name Description
1 [Save] button Saves the settings.
2 [Cancel] button Cancels the settings.
