In this job shop you will use the stack bypass of the e-STUDIO to copy onto thick LT-R
(landscape orientation) paper.
Use the bypass tray to make copies on
specialty media like card stock, OHP
transparency film or non-standard size
paper. Non-standard size paper can be
within the range of 5.8 to 17 inches X 3.9
to 11.7 inches. Perform the following steps
to practice
1. Place the originals face up in the Dual
Scan Document Feeder.
2. Open the bypass tray. If the paper is
large, pull out the paper holder.
3. a. Move the paper holding lever
toward the outside.
b. Place 110 lbs. Index paper face
down in LT-R orientation on the
bypass tray.
4. Align the side guides to the paper
length while holding the tab.
5. Move the paper holding lever back
toward the equipment.
