Setting the registered quota
This function allows you to return the quotas for all departments to the default ones through a single operation.

In the DEPT. MANAGEMENT menu, press [SET REGISTERED QUOTA].
The message “Are you sure?” is displayed in the CONFIRMATION screen.

Press [YES].
The quotas for all departments are now returned to the default ones.
Press [NO] to cancel the operation.
