The tablet can not be powered on by pressing the power button if the
battery power is completely exhausted. It is recommended to charge
the battery pack by connecting the AC adaptor for 30 minutes before
turning on the power.
Press and hold the power button for 2-10 seconds to turn on the tablet.

Initial setup
The Windows Startup Screen will be the first screen displayed when you
turn on the power. Follow the on-screen instructions on each screen in
order to properly install the operating system.
When it is displayed, be sure to read the License Terms
carefully.
