Reset the unit. (See "Resetting" in "
Troubleshooting " of the Owner's Manual.)
Connect the AC ada
tor to the unit.
Release the Hold switch, then turn on the
unit (by holding down the POWER button
for at least two seconds).
Repeat turning on the power and confirm
that the headphones produce a beep.
Is a beep heard?
Replace the main PCB assembly,
headphones, or wired remote controller.
The unit may be set to a low sound level.
Check the level and see if the unit
produces sound.
