This indicates that the IPT is not programmed into a VIPedge database.
This process will take about 10 ~ 20 seconds.
The IPT will change to on-premise mode then, restart.
After the initialize the IPT starts looking for an IPedge server.
When an IPedge server is found the IPT will prompt you for a DN.
Enter the DN then press the Enter softkey.
If that DN is found on the IPedge server database the IPT will initialize.
