2. Heat exchanger
1. Perform Step 1 and 2 of Electrical component assembly.
2. Remove the two screws fixing the upper cabinet, slide the cabinet upward by approximately 30
mm, and pull it out toward you.
3. Follow the procedure below to remove the heat exchanger assembly:
AP015 – AP027
1) Remove the relay connector of the PMV lead wire.
2) Remove the screws
1 (4 positions) fixing the upper shield and box, and pull the heat exchange assembly out toward you.
3) Remove the screws
2 (2 positions) of the heat exchange assembly pulled out, and then remove the upper shield.
4) Remove the screws
3 (4 positions) of the heat exchange assembly pulled out, and then remove the evaporator shield.
5) Remove the three temperature sensors from the heat exchange assembly, and then the heat exchange assembly itself.
AP036 – AP048
1) Remove the relay connector of the PMV lead wire.
2) Remove the screws
1 (3 positions) fixing the upper shield and box, and pull the heat exchange assembly out toward you.
3) Remove the screws
2 (2 positions) of the heat exchange assembly pulled out, and then remove the upper shield.
4) Remove the screws
3 (5 positions) of the heat exchange assembly pulled out, and then remove the evaporator shield.
5) Remove the three temperature sensors from the heat exchange assembly, and then the heat exchange assembly itself.
* Wear the protective gloves when removing.
