Affixing the rubber feet for horizontal placement
It is highly recommended that you use the supplied rubber feet
for horizontal placement. The feet help keep the Drive securely in
place, and they also help prevent scuffs and scratches.
1. Place the Drive on your desktop as shown,
so that the Toshiba logo is on the bottom.
2. Remove one of the rubber feet from
the paper backing. Carefully position
the foot inside one of the four oblong
indentations, with the adhesive side
down. Once the foot is properly
positioned, press down to
secure it in place. Repeat for
the other three feet.
3. Set the Drive, feet down,
on your desktop.
