Procedures
1) Remove the front panel, electrical part, horizon-
tal louver and the heat exchanger with the
procedure
.
2) Remove 2 screws of the band motor (L) and
other 2 screws of the band motor (R) and then
remove the cross flow fan.
3) Loose the set screw of the cross flow fan then
disconnect the fan and the fan motor.
Notice :
For position of the fan motor connector and drawing
out of the lead cables, refer to the procedure
.
Fix the cross flow fan with the set screw at the
position where the gap between the back body and
the right surface of the cross flow fan is 4.5 mm.
Base bearing 1) Remove the front panel, electrical part, horizon-
tal louver, heat exchanger and the cross flow fan
with the procedure
.
2) Remove 2 screws fixing the base bearing.
3) Remove the bearing from the base bearing.
If the housing protrudes from the base bearing,
put the housing in position and attach the
bearing to the base bearing.
