4.19 Power Membrane
Removing the Power Membrane
Remove the power membrane according to the following procedures and Figure 4.34.
1. Disconnect the power membrane from the motherboard.
2. Peel off and remove the power membrane, taking care not to damage or tear it.

Installing the Power Membrane
Install the power membrane according to the following procedures.
1. Seat the power membrane in the correct place and adhere it to the lower logic assembly.
2. Connect the power membrane to the motherboard.
NOTE: Where possible reuse the power membrane. If the power membrane is faulty or is
compromised during removal install a new power membrane.
