Changing
Setup
Values
You
can
change
the
setup
options
automatically
or
manually.
Automatic
Reset
Follow
these
steps
to
set
the
values
automatically:
1
Press
FS.
This
instructs
the
program
to
reset
all
the
options
to
their
factory
preset
values.
The
program
calculates
how
much
conventional,
extended
and
expanded
memory
your
T3100e
has,
based
on
whether
or
not
you
have
a
memory
expansion
board
installed.
Setup
stores
the
value
it
calculates
in
configuration
memory
along
with
the
factory
preset
values
for
the
other
options.
The
[[System
setup]]
menu
displays
the
new
values.

Confirm
that
the
new
values
are
correct.
To
change
any
option(s),
go
to
the
next
section,
Manual
Reset.

If
the
new
values
are
correct,
press
Fl.
The
system
restarts.

Follow
these
steps
to
change
any
option(s)
manually:
1
Notice
the
cursor
(reverse
display
highlight
bar).
This
cursor
indicates
which
option
is
selected
for
change.
2
Use
the
up
and
down
arrow
keys
(or
Enter)
to
move
the
cursor
between
options.
3 When
the
cursor
highlights
the
value
of
an
option
you
want
to
change,
use
the
left
and
right
arrow
keys
to
select
alternate
values.
The
possible
values
for
each
option
are
shown
in
the
table
below.
4 When
you
are
finished
making
changes,
press
FlO
to
record
the
new
values
in
configuration
memory.
5 SETUP
displays
this
message:
ARE
YOU
SURE
? (YIN)
Review
your
changes.
If
you
need
to
make
more
alterations,
press
N
and
go
back
to
step
2.
6
If
the
new
values
are
correct,
press
Y.
The
system
restarts.
