3.20 LOG UTILITIES
3.20.1 Program description
This program logs error information generated, while a test is in
progress; the information is stored in the RAM.
However if the POWER switch is turned off the error information
will be lost. The error information itself is displayed as the
following.
1. Error count (CNT)
2. Test name (TEST)
3. Subtest number (NAME)
4. Pass count (PASS)
5. Error status (STS)
6. Address (FOO, HOO 1 or memory; AOOR)
7. Write data (WO)
8. Read data (RD)
9. Error status name
This program can store data on a floppy disk or output
information to a printer.
