(1) Press “ ” or “ ” switches and select “ (4.2-in display)” or “ (7-in
display)” from the Multi-Information Display (MID).
(2) Press “
” or “ ” switches and select “ SEA” or “ Safe Exit Assist” and
then press “
” to turn the system On/Off.
(3) Press “
” to go back to the menu.

Safe Exit Assist is a system that uses rear side radar sensors installed on the
inner side of the rear bumper to help warn occupants if an approaching vehicle or
bicycle may collide with an opened door, before or as the door is being opened, to
reduce the possibility of a collision.
