used to indicate risk of property damage.
Reasons of exception
The manufacturer is not liable if personal injury or property damage
is caused by the following causes:
1. Destruction of the product due to misuse
2. Switch, stay or operate the unit in conjunction with another
device without following the instructions in the manufacturer’s
manual.
3. When the defect is caused by direct exposure of the product to
corrosive gas.
4. Due to poor transport of the product.
5. Due to operation, repair and stay of the product without following
the instructions of the manual.
6. If the problem came from causes related to products from other
manufacturers.
7. Damage is caused by natural disasters, misuse of the
environment or force majeure.
