  If the Ethernet LED on your TP-Link Adapter doesn't light up, first ensure the Ethernet cable (RJ-45) is securely connected to the adapter's Ethernet port and to your computer's LAN card or Cable/xDSL Ethernet port. Also, verify that your computer LAN card is properly installed and configured, and that your Cable/xDSL broadband access is working correctly. If the issue persists, contact your local dealer for technical support.

Also, try plugging a second Powerline Adapter into a nearby power outlet to see if the Powerline LED lights up. If the issue continues, contact your local dealer for technical support.
