5. How to cut off the ETR receipt properly
Ensuring you cut the receipt properly when a
receipt is issued is very important to prevent any
paper jam.
To properly cut the receipt once it is printed, gently
pull the receipt paper in an upwards and diagonal
motion as illustrated in the diagram (left).
6. How to change thermal paper roll properly once it is
finished or near finished
Lift up the lever on the printer cover then
pull up the cover gently.
Please use two hands and do not use too
much force it open.
Remove the finished paper roll and place the
new one inside the printer compartment.
Make the paper roll is placed in the right way as
shown. Then gently close the printer cover using
both hands.
