  If your Trackunit GPS unit sends reply messages but shows no GPS signal, first ensure the unit is installed correctly, paying attention to the aerial view as described in the installation instructions. If the equipment is inside a building, move it to an open outdoor area and test again.

  If the Trackunit GPS unit isn't responding to SMS commands, verify that SMS messages are being sent to the correct GSM/LTE phone number. Also, check the LED status, and if the unit came with a pre-installed SIM card, contact Trackunit support. Contact the mobile operator to check for SIM card issues, and ensure the SIM card is correctly installed in the unit.
