Disconnect all power
sources from air handler
Using ohm meter, is
zero ohms measured
across the CTCO?
Remove wiring
from CTCO
Replace CTCO
Check operation
NO
Check CTCO circuit wiring.
Repair/replace as needed
YES
CTCO label is WHITE
NTCO label is BLUE
