Troubleshooting
Fault Analysis and Handling Method
The compressors cannot be started and make sounds
Possible Cause Handling Method
(1) The power supply is not
connected
Inspect the following items:
a. The main power switch is not turned on.
b. The fuse is blown out.
(2) There is no refrigeration
command
Inspect the following items:
a. The humidity probe is damaged.
b. The control wire is broken or improper.
c. The fuse of the control power supply is blown out.
(3) The microcomputer has
no compressor control signal
output.
Inspect the following items:
a. The high pressure is excessively high to cause the high pressure switch to trip.
b. The high pressure switch is faulty.
c. The refrigerant is insufficient to cause the low pressure switch to trip.
d. The water valve is not opened to cause the flow switch or antifreezing switch to
trip.
e. The protective contact inside the fan trips.
f. The microcomputer controller is defective.
(4) The electromagnetic switch of
the compressor does not excite.
Inspect the following items:
a. The compressor contact is poor.
b. The wiring is poor.
c. The low pressure switch is open-circuited.
(5) The protective contact inside
the compressor trips.
Inspect the following items:
a. Inspect the compressor current.
b. Wait for the internal contact to reset (about 10-20 minutes)
(6) The ambient temperature
exceeds the operating range.
Inspect the following items:
Inspect whether the position of the ambient temperature probe is correct. If any,
the unit will normally operate after the ambient temperature is within the operating
range of the unit.
