Troubleshooting
The compressor operates without stop
Possible Cause Handling Method
(1) The unit energy cannot bear
load (cannot reach the unloading
water temperature).
Inspect the cause of excessive load
(2) The temperature probe or the
control circuit is poor.
Replace the temperature probe.
Replace or repair the control circuit.
(3) The electromagnetic
contactor of the compressor is
faulty.
Repair or replace the electromagnetic contactor.
(4) The valve block of the
compressor leaks (the exhaust
pressure is low, and the suction
pressure is high).
Replace the compressor.
(5) The refrigerant is insufficient
(the capacity gets small, the
superheating capacity is too
high, sub-cooling capacity is
too low, and the low pressure is
low).
Find out and repair the refrigerant leakage point, and recharge the refrigerant.
The compressor motor winding is open-circuited
Possible Cause Handling Method
(1) The evaporator load is
too high (the water return
temperature is high)
Inspect the following items:
a. The water flow is too high.
b. The water return temperature is too high.
(2) The motor cooling is not
enough (the superheat is too
high).
Inspect the following items:
a. The expansion valve is improperly set.
b. The expansion valve is faulty.
c. The liquid pipe is blocked.
(3) The compressor voltage is
improper.
Inspect the following items:
a. The supply voltage is too low or unbalanced.
b. The power wire is loose.
c. The electromagnetic contactor of the compressor is poor.
(4) The parts inside the
compressor is damaged.
Replace the compressor.
