If the red annunciator is blinking on your TransAct Touch terminals, it indicates that communication has been lost with the SA3000 Door Controller Unit. Ensure that the SA3000 Controller Unit is properly configured for Serial Readers by selecting SE3- CS/ CSPP/RDR100 in the Serial Reader(s) option.
