Warranty Term
Metalurgica TRAPP Ltda. warrants this
product against manufacturing defects
for a period of six (6) months from the
date of issue of the Purchase Invoice.
Within the warranty period established
in the previous paragraph, the legal
guarantee is already included, divided
as follows:
The 3 (three) first months – legal
warranty;
The following three (3) months –
special warranty, granted by
Metalurgica TRAPP Ltda.
Battery Warranty
The battery is warranted for 6 (six)
months from the date of issue of the
invoice of the tractor.
The legal and/or special warranty
covers:
Manufacturing defects such as
assembly error, material failure
and the respective workmanship
Note:
All parts that have been proven
to be defective will be replaced,
free of charge, without any
change of device or equipment.
The buyer is responsible for
packing and shipping costs
to the nearest TRAPP Service
Center.
This warranty will be valid
only upon presentation of
the Purchase Invoice for this
product.
This product is subject to change
without notice.
for repair, after due proof by the
technicians of Metalurgica TRAPP
Ltda. or accredited technical
assistants.
