Maintenance Features

Safety Precautions:

Adhering to safety guidelines is crucial for the safe operation and longevity of the Halo Umbrella Light.

  • Environmental Placement: Always position the Halo in a location that protects it from direct sunlight and moisture.
  • Battery Overcharging: Do not overcharge the battery. Unplug the power supply once charging is complete. Overcharging can lead to the battery becoming hot, rupturing, or igniting. If any heat deformation or leakage is observed, dispose of the device properly and safely.
  • Moisture Exposure: If the unit is exposed to light moisture, allow it to air dry for a minimum of 24 hours before attempting to reuse it.
  • Power Supply Usage: The power supply is designed for indoor use only. It has not been designed or tested for outdoor use.
  • Water Resistance: The Halo umbrella light is not waterproof. Immersion in water or exposure to heavy rain will damage the unit and void the 1-year warranty.
  • Storage: Fully charge the Halo before storing it for extended periods to maintain battery health.

Power Supply Specifics:

  • Authorized Power Supply: Only use the power supply included with the Halo. Using a third-party battery or power supply can increase the risk of fire or explosion. Contact your local authorized dealer for a replacement power supply if needed.
  • Normal Operation: It is normal for the power supply to feel warm to the touch during prolonged use. When using the power supply, avoid direct sunlight and exposure to moisture.
  • Charging Conditions: Do not attempt to charge the Halo in inclement weather (rain, snow) to prevent damage to the electrical components.

Power Supply Information:

  • Input voltage: 100-240Vac 50/60Hz
  • Output: 9VDC 1.2A
  • Cord length: 5 feet
