If the battery indicator on your Tria Laser doesn’t “fill up” while charging, check that your Tria Laser is firmly plugged into both the charger and the wall outlet. It's also possible that your Tria Laser is already fully charged. If so, unplug the Battery Charger from both the wall and the Tria Laser.

If the battery indicator is still filling up even after you charge your Tria Laser, it simply means that your Tria Laser isn’t fully charged yet. Continue to charge your Tria Laser.

If nothing happens when you put your Tria Laser against your skin, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the device isn't locked; unlock it using the Skin Sensor. Also, make sure the device is not plugged into the charger. Confirm that the Treatment Window is completely flat against your skin. Finally, the area you're trying to treat might be too small. Try pulling the skin flat. If the entire Treatment Window can't touch the treatment area, the Tria Laser won't work.

If you see a lock image on the display window and can't use your Tria Laser, it means the device is locked. For your safety, the Tria Laser locks when not in use. Unlock it with the Skin Sensor.

If you tried to unlock your Tria Laser, but it’s still locked, make sure you are using the Skin Sensor correctly by holding it flat and firm against your skin. It may not be safe for you to use the Tria Laser.

If it seems to take a long time before the next pulse of laser light when you reposition your Tria Laser, it could be due to the device being too warm. Use the Tria Laser in a cooler environment, ensuring the temperature is less than 80ºF (27ºC).
