What to do if TrickleStar Accessories TV peripherals do not switch off when the TV is off?
First, ensure the TV is plugged into the outlet with the green TV icon. Next, verify that the TV peripherals (except the TV itself) are connected to the green switched outlets. Note that the switched outlets will only switch off one minute after the TV has been switched off.
Why is there no power at the switched outlets of my TrickleStar Accessories?
The multi-sensor must be connected to the APS+, and it needs to receive an IR signal from a remote for the switched outlets to turn on. Alternatively, you can manually switch on the switched outlets by pressing the button on the multi-sensor.
Why does my TrickleStar Accessories TV keep switching off after 30, 60, or 120 minutes?
The power saving/countdown timer is likely shutting off the TV and peripherals after 30, 60, or 120 minutes because no IR signal or motion has been sensed. To reset the timer, press a button on an IR remote control or move in front of the multi-sensor.
What does it mean when the TrickleStar Accessories multi-sensor is blinking on and off every 5 seconds?
This blinking indicates that your TV will shut off in 10 minutes.
