Perform the following operations:
• Clutch Cover - Installation
• Engine - Installation
• Fuel Tank - Installation
• Battery - Installation
• Seat - Installation
Rear Balancer – Installation
1. Make sure the needle bearing to the balancer and the two washers are their recess
on both ends of the balancer.
NOTICE
When fitting the balancer make sure the word OUT is facing outwards.
2. While holding the washers in position, lower the balancer into the crankcase, with the
word OUT facing outwards, as noted for removal.
3. Align the two dot alignment marks on the balancer to the protruding rib on the
crankcase.
