l Close the throttle completely.
l Check that the engine stop switch is
in the
run
position.

neutral.

Pull the clutch lever fully in to the
handlebar.
l Select neutral.
l Turn the ignition switch off.
l Support the motorcycle on a firm,
level surface with the side stand.
l Lock the steering.

engine stop switch is for emergency
