What to do if Troy-Bilt 410 Chipper unit does not discharge?
If your Troy-Bilt chipper isn't discharging material, here's what you should check: 1. The discharge area might be clogged. Stop the engine immediately, disconnect the spark plug wire, and then clean the flail screen and the inside of the discharge opening. 2. A foreign object could be lodged in the impeller. Stop the engine, disconnect the spark plug wire, and remove the object. 3. The engine RPM might be too low. Ensure you always run the engine at full throttle.
