  If your Troy-Bilt Chippers/Shredders engine won't start, here's what to check: * Ensure the spark plug wire is connected. * Make sure the fuel tank isn't empty and contains fresh gasoline. * Position the throttle lever to FAST. * Set the choke to the CHOKE position. * Check for and clear any blockages in the fuel line. * Inspect the spark plug; clean, adjust the gap, or replace if necessary.
