      If the cutting attachment on your Troy-Bilt Trimmer will not advance, consider the following: * The cutting attachment might be bound with grass. Stop the engine and clean the cutting attachment. * The cutting attachment could be out of line. Refill with new line. * The inner reel might be bound up. Replace the inner reel. * The cutting head may be dirty. Clean the inner reel and outer spool. * The line may be welded. Disassemble, remove the welded section, and rewind. * The line might be twisted when refilled. Disassemble and rewind the line. * Not enough line may be exposed. Push the bump knob and pull out the line until 4 inches (102 mm) of line is outside of the cutting attachment.
