1.7.10 Appliance safety
There may be information attached to the appliance.
Observe any information attached directly to the
appliance.
Keep the information in a completely legible condi-
tion and do not cover it.
There may be protective devices attached to the
appliance.
Risk of injury if the protective devices are missing or
defective.
After installation, make sure that all protective devic-
es (covers, safety instructions, earth cable, etc.) are
present.
Replace faulty or unusable protective devices.
1.7.11 Original spare parts
Using parts (additional components, spare and wearing
parts) outside the manufacturer's specifications can ad-
versely affect the function and safety of the appliance,
damage the vehicle and limit the warranty and manu-
facturer's liability.
Use only original components, spare and wearing
parts from Truma Gerätetechnik GmbH & Co KG.
2 Installation
Before starting work, read care-
fully and observe the installation
instructions.

Injury and material damage caused by in-
correct installation
Ignoring the installation instructions and/or
incorrect installation may cause personal injury
and/or material damage.
Observe the installation and operating
instructions.
Observe the ESD regulations.
2.1 Installation instructions
The regulations of the country in which the equipment
is being used must be followed when the equipment
is being installed in vehicles. National regulations and
rules must be followed.
The relevant employer's liability insurance association
accident prevention regulations must be observed in
Germany for vehicles used for commercial purposes.
The relevant regulations must be observed in other
countries.
2.2 Accessories for installation
Various accessory parts are required depending on the
installation situation. Refer to the operating instructions,
TrumaParts/ Camping World and the installation situa-
tions described below.
2.3 Selecting a location
NOTICE
Changes in flooring material caused by heat
PVC or wooden flooring can discolour due to
high temperatures in the Combi D.
Make sure that there are no heat-sensitive
materials below the heater (e.g. flooring such
as PVC, cables, etc.).
If necessary, create a suitable surface be-
neath the heater.
Truma will not accept any complaints due to temper-
ature-related changes in material properties in the
installation space.
