Adjust seat height so ball of foot reaches pedal in lowest position. Adjust angle with spacers.
Loosen knob, adjust handlebars for comfortable pedaling with arms nearly straight. Do not exceed 'Min' mark.
Turn control lever on handlebars to adjust resistance. Start low and increase after warming up.
Perform regular adjustments and maintenance: check brake belt, lubricate chain, grease adjustment screws, and clean.
Store the exercise cycle in a dry place with minimal temperature variation, protected from dust.
If adjustment knob is loose, unscrew, grease threads, and retighten.
Check if the brake belt is loose and tighten the clasp above the flywheel.
Ensure the pedal axle is tight. Screw the pedal onto the crank with a wrench.
Lubricate dry chain or adjust tension/alignment by moving flywheel nuts.
Align chain by opening flywheel axle nuts and moving the flywheel forward.
