Positioning the sensors in the aquarium
Use with Magnet Holder 3155.600 on the edge of
the aquarium (1). The switching distance from the
normal water level to the safety shut-down level
(too high) is 25 mm (.98 in.) in this arrangement.
Avoid direct radiation of light by mercury discharge
lamps and the vicinity of air ejectors; a strong
growth of algae may disturb the function ! The
safety sensor (with the cable pointing down) and the
operating sensor (with the cable pointing upwards)
are placed on the same magnet holder.
Use with a Magnet Holder 3155.600 on the edge of
the covered aquarium (2).
Caution ! The water has to be able to rise to at
least 25 mm (.98 in.) above the normal water
level as otherwise the safety shut-down is not
guaranteed (3).
After tting the sensors, check the overow function:
The switching point of the overow protection sensor
(with the cable pointing down) should not be above
the edge of the glass tank ! The sensors should
always be attached horizontally (see illustrations).

Evitez le placement à proximité d’une source HQI
puissante ou d’un diffuseur d’air, la forte croissance
induite d’algues pouvant perturber le fonctionnement
! Le capteur de sécurité (sortie de câble vers le bas)
et le capteur de régulation (sortie de câble vers le
haut) sont xés sur le même Magnet Holder.

Attention ! Le niveau d’eau doit pouvoir s’élever à au
moins 25mm au-dessus du niveau normal (Level),
la commutation du capteur de sécurité ne serait
plus assurée dans le cas contraire (3).
Après montage des capteurs, vériez la fonction
de sécurité : le point de commutation du capteur
de sécurité (sortie de câble vers le bas) ne doit
pas se situer plus haut que le bord de l’aquarium
! Les capteurs doivent toujours être positionnés
horizontalement (voir illustrations).
