Do not blow the compressed air directly on the

element. Hold the compressed air at an angle of 45
with moderate pressure so that the filter element is
not torn.
Do not clean the filter element with kerosene or
gasoline. It will damage the filter.
reassemble filter element and cover air filter
in the reverse order.
Carburettor
Carburettor is located on left side of the bike.
Idling rpm can be adjusted by turning the idle
adjustment screw. Turn the screw in
clockwise direction to increase the rpm and
counter clockwise direction to reduce the
rpm. Idle rpm should be within the limit as
specified.
It is recommended not to disturb the air screw
when the engine performance is good.
