Fuselage Truss
Locate the 2 fuselage truss strips. Note
that the parts are beveled to fit flush at 45
degrees when installed
Test fit the Truss members on the
underside of the airframe. They should be
centered roughly between the aileron servo
and the elevator control surface relief cut
out. Before gluing, notice that the flat
section is toward the elevator as shown. At
this time you could also consider how your
servo wires will be routed and situate them
under the trusses
Situated the nose of the aircraft beyond the
work surface to provide clearance for the aileron
servo and allow the airframe assembly to lay
flush on the work bench
Glue the truss strips to the fuselage. It will
be necessary to secure the strips in place
while the glue is drying. Stick pins or
small tacks of hot glue work will for this

Note: make sure when securing the strips
(with what ever method chosen) that the
lower vertical section of the fuselage and
the main horizontal wing and elevator
section remain square to each other.
