What to do if my U-Line Newair Instant Bubble Flex Machine shows '#17 Check Film Path'?
    • M
      Matthew MitchellAug 28, 2025
If you see '#17 Check Film Path', it could be due to the material being out of film or the material roll being improperly loaded. Try loading a new roll or reloading the existing roll correctly.

    Stephanie SchultzAug 30, 2025
Why does my U-Line Industrial Equipment have inconsistent air-fill?
    • M
      Matthew WalkerAug 30, 2025
Inconsistent air-fill can occur if the material roll is improperly loaded, so reload the material roll. It may also happen if the material is faulty, so load a new material roll. Another cause may be that the ambient temperature needs to be reset, in this case unscrew the top edge seal assembly and reattach to recalibrate the temperature.
