Dear Customer,
We congratulate you on your purchase of the Heatermax Compact swimming pool heat pump. The Heatermax Compact heat pump warms up the water in your pool and keeps it at a constant temperature when
the outside temperature is between 12°C and 42°C. These operating instructions include all necessary information on installation, operation and maintenance of the swimming pool heat pump. Please read through
these operating instructions in detail and keep them carefully.
ATTENTION: The installer is responsible for the installation of the product and should follow all instructions related to the installation and maintenance of the device, as well as consider all
the applicable specications.

Safety regulations
This device was built in accordance with the current state of the art of the technology and considering the existing safety regulations. In spite of this, dangers to persons and property can arise from this device
when it is used inappropriately or not in accordance with the intended purpose or the notes on safety are not considered.
ATTENTION! According to the harmonised European directives and safety standards, any installation, service and repair work on the device, as well as installation and/or maintenance of
the mains cable, must be implemented by an authorised and qualied specialist company. Before beginning with the installation, operation, service or maintenance work, the specialist
instructed with these tasks must have read and understood the operating instructions.
• The power supply must correspond to the product specications. Do not connect the device if the power supply does not full the specied specications (VDE 0100-702)! You can be provided with further
information by your local, accredited electrical installer.
• The electrical circuit for the device must be fused over a residual-current device (FI or RCD) with a rated leakage current of max. 30 mA.
• The heat pump must be installed at a distance of minimum 2 m from the swimming pool.
• The electrical connection of the heat pump must be located minimum 3.5 m from the swimming pool.
