Compressor does not
operate
Is the power plug fully inserted? Insert plug correctly.
Is water full indicator on?
(Water tank is full or the tank is not
installed correctly)
Empty the water tank and place tank back
correctly in the unit.
(We recommend waiting 3 minutes before
inserting the water tank, in order to protect the
compressor)
Ambient humidity is lower than the
set humidity.
Adjust the set humidity of the dehumidifier to be
lower than ambient humidity
Ambient temperature is higher or
lower.
We recommend using the dehumidifier at an
ambient temperature of 5-35°C
Dehumidifying effect
is inefficient
Is the filter dirty? Clean filter according to directions in this Manual
Is the water outlet blocked? Clean and check the water outlet
No air is blown out
The unit does not work Check the whole dehumidifier and electrical
equipment
Dehumidifier is very
noisy
Is the dehumidifier located on a flat,
stable surface?
Please move the dehumidifier on a stable, level
surface
Is the filter dirty or incorrectly
installed?
Clean filter according to directions in this Manual
