Why can't I log in to the WEB interface of my ULNA CPE-966 Network Hardware?
    • L
      Latoya BellAug 13, 2025
There might be several reasons why you can't log in. Your local IP might not be in the same network segment as the CPE. Try pinging 192.168.188.253 to check the connection status. Also, another device might be using the same IP address; stop the other device or switch to a different IP address. Check your LAN connection and Ethernet cable. Too many cookies may prevent login, so clear your cookies and run arp -d to clear the MAC address.

How to fix packet latency issues on ULNA Network Hardware?
    • T
      taylorangelaAug 19, 2025
Packet latency can be caused by several factors. Wireless interference could be the problem; use a WiFi analyzer to select the best channel. The distance between devices might be too long, or walls might be obstructing the signal; ensure the CPE is within the appropriate range and clear of obstructions. Finally, the CPE's angle might be misaligned, resulting in a weak signal; adjust the angle to optimize signal strength.

Why is the transmission rate low on my ULNA Network Hardware?
    • S
      Stephanie EdwardsAug 26, 2025
A low transmission rate can be caused by packet latency; adjust the distance, angle, and channel to decrease latency. Check the Ethernet cable circuit to see if the port is isolated, preventing network viruses and broadcast storms. Try decreasing the number of users accessing the network. Also, consider using a Cat 5e or above network cable.

What to do if the system LED light is off on my ULNA CPE-966 Network Hardware?
    • G
      Gregory SilvaAug 31, 2025
If the system LED is off, the PoE power supply may not be working. Check the PoE adapter or switch. There might be a problem with the CPE's PoE port, so check if it's okay. Make sure the Ethernet cable is securely connected and plugged into the PoE port. Also, check if the voltage is normal, if the socket has a problem, and if the input voltage of the PoE adapter is normal.
