2.1 - TECHNICAL FEATURES
The Airex is a steel boiler running by natural wood in logs,
total gasification, flame inverted, with the combustion
chamber under pressure.
It comes in the following models:
AIREX 25 2S
AIREX 40 2S
AIREX 50 2S
AIREX 65 2S
AIREX 80 2S
The boiler AIREX is full of safety and control devices as the
relevant standards require
COMPONENTS DESCRIPTION :
• Steel boiler with combustion chamber partially coated with
refractory
• Burner refractory
• Horizontal smoke channels
• Front door for loading wood covered with refractory
• Lower door complete of air combustion adjustments,
coated with refractory material and equipped with light flame
control
• Smokebox rear side doors and inspection cleaning ashes
• Smoke exhaust with fan inlet (n° 2 fan for the model AIREX
65 2S and AIREX 80 2S)
• Smoke ventilation fan in the suction
• Patented thermostatic valve system
• Safety heat exchanger
• Boiler mantle insulated with mineral wool panels of
thickness of 60 mm
• Mantle painted with powder
• Kit recirculation pump (optional)
INSTRUMENT PANEL:
• Visual warning of the of voltage presence
• Boiler thermometer
• Safety thermostat in case of boiler overheating
• Boiler temperature control thermostat
