      If you're getting no audio or low-quality audio from a streaming source on your V-Moda Speakers, try these steps: Check the battery and pairing. Ensure the audio source is playing. Try streaming from a different device or selecting another track. Make sure the volume on your device isn't muted or turned down. Move the device and the Remix speaker closer together (within 33 feet or 10 meters). Keep them away from potential interference like wireless routers or other Bluetooth devices. Close unused applications on your device and disable Wi-Fi.

      If you're having trouble pairing your V-Moda Speakers, ensure the Remix speaker isn't connected to the charger and that the power switch is on. Turn your Remix speaker off and then on again. Remember to activate the Bluetooth feature on your device. Deactivate the Bluetooth feature on any other previously paired devices, as it can only pair with one device at a time. Clear the history of paired devices by pressing and holding the Volume + and Volume - buttons for 3 seconds. Try pairing with another device to ensure both the Remix speaker and your Bluetooth device are functioning correctly.
