▶ Insert the batteries, making sure that the
poles are the right way round.
▶ Remove the dead batteries from the
product and dispose of them correctly.
▶ Remove the batteries if you intend to store
the product and not use it for an extended
period and/or to scrap it.
▶ Do not short-circuit the connection con-
tacts in the product's battery compartment.

operation
Improper operation may present a danger to
you and others, and cause material damage.
▶ Carefully read the enclosed instructions
and all other applicable documents, par-
ticularly the "Safety" section and the warn-
ings.
▶ As the end user, you should only carry out
those activities for which these instruc-
tions provide instructions and that are not
marked with the symbol.
