Using the appliance

WARNING : Damaged supply cables must be replaced by
approved service agents.
Initial use
• Before using the appliance for the first time, make sure that all the preparatory work
has been completed according to the instructions in the “Important instructions relating to
safety and the environment” and “Installation” sections.
• To prepare the machine for washing laundry, run a preliminary cycle in the "Cleaning the
Drum" programme. If this programme is not available on your machine, apply the method
described in the “Cleaning the door and drum” section.
NOTE :
• Use a descaler specially designed for washing machines.
• Water may remain in your machine as a result of quality
assurance procedures carried out during production. This
does not affect your machine.
