Using the appliance

• Press Start/Pause to switch the machine to Pause mode whilst a programme is running.
The current programme light ashes on the programme sequence indicator panel indicating
that the machine has switched to pause mode.
• In addition, when the loading door is ready to be opened, the loading door light goes o as
well as the programme stage light.
Changing the secondary function, speed and temperature
You can cancel or select secondary functions depending on the phase reached by the
programme. See “Secondary function selection.
You can also change the speed and temperature adjustments. See “Spin speed selection”
and “Temperature selection”.
NOTE : If no changes can be made, the corresponding light
will flash 3 times.
Loading and removing laundry
1. Press the “Start/Pause button to pause the programme. The programme monitoring
indicator for the stage at which the machine was paused will ash.
2. Wait until the loading door can be opened.
3. Open the loading door and add or remove laundry.
4. Open the loading door.
5. You can make adjustments to the secondary functions, temperature and speed
adjustments if necessary.
6. Press the “Start/Pause button to start the programme.
Cancelling the programme
To cancel a programme, use the programme selector to choose another programme.
The previous programme will be cancelled. The Stop/Cancel light will flash continuously to
indicate that the programme is cancelled.
When you turn the programme selector, the machine will end the programme but the water
contained in the machine will not be drained. When you select and start a new programme,
it will start depending on the stage at which the previous programme was cancelled. For
example, the machine may require extra water or washing may continue using the water in
the machine.
