 The hot water contained in the pan and steam can cause seri-
ous burns
Avoid all direct contact with the body
 Lift the back of the lid first to allow steam to escape
 Do not touch the hot unit until the equipment emptied and has
cooled down
Periodic checks
 Check the unit for correct operation and electrical insulation at least once a year
