Causes Solutions
The machine does not
dispense hot water.
Steam switch in position “OFF”.
No water in the tank.
It is possible that the delivery
ducts are clogged with
limescale.
Set the switch to “ON”.
Check that the water level in the
tank is correct and in case fill
with fresh natural water.
Call the technician to perform
the descaling.
The machine does not
produce steam.
Steam switch in position “OFF”.
Steam boiler not in temperature.
No water in the tank.
Holes in the spout of the steam
nozzle clogged.
It is possible that the delivery
ducts are clogged with
limescale.
Set the switch to “ON”.
Wait until the temperature is
reached, indicated on the gauge
of the steam pressure (1 ÷ 1,2
bar).
Check that the water level in the
tank is correct and in case fill
with fresh natural water.
Clean, with a pin, any deposits
formed in the hole of the spout.
Call the technician to perform
the descaling.
