10.3 Person in Charge of Disposal
Directive WEEE 2002/96/CE enforces the obligation NOT to dispose WEEE (Waste
Electrcial and Electronic Equipment ) as household waste and to select this waste fro
separate collection.
By law, the person in charge of disposal must, upon receiving an appliance showing this
symbol before disposing of it selecta the WEEE waste and make it available for
collection.

10.4 Sanctions
The sanctions in case of the illegal DISPOSAL of WEEE waste are indicated in the
national decrees related to the Directive ROHS 2002/95/CE, Directive WEEE 202/96/CE3.
